Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my bows?
All bows are made to order, and can take anywhere from 3-7 business days before they ship, depending on how busy my shop is at the time.
Once your bows ship, the delivery time will depend on which shipping option you choose at checkout. 
Standard Shipping - up to 5 business days.
Priority Shipping - up to 3 business days
This is if USPS is not experiencing any delays, which does happen from time to time. Due to this, I never guarantee delivery dates. 
You have the option to "jump the line" by selecting Rush My Order at checkout (up to 4 bows). I will then create your bows OUTSIDE of my normal hours, and they will ship within 24 hours with Priority Shipping. 

What size headbands do you use?
All of my headbands are made of super-stretchy nylon, so they start out very small (and can fit preemies) and stretch out as much as you need them to. I can fit them on my own head if I try! If they do become stretched out, you can put a bit of cold water on them, and they will shrink up as they dry. 

What clips do you use?
I have two types of clips - unlined alligator clips with teeth, and ribbon-lined double prong clips with a no-slip grip inserted to ensure they stay in your child's hair. You can choose which one you'd like at checkout.


Which clip type is better?
There's no good answer for that :) Which is why I offer both. Some people love the clips with teeth, and some love the no-slip grips. Everyone's hair is different and so it's really a personal preference.
Do you give out coupon codes?
You can receive our coupons by signing up for our email updates, following us on Instagram, and/or joining our Facebook VIP group. 
 
My tracking says my package was delivered, but it is not here.
What should I do?
You need to reach out to USPS Customer Service and give them your tracking number if your package is either delayed in transit or if it has been marked delivered and you didn't receive it. They have coordinates to every package so they will be able to tell you exactly where it is. I am not responsible for packages that USPS has marked delivered. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. If you are having issues checking out, please contact me and I will double check to make sure your country is one I can deliver to.
